A beautifully designed three dimensional leather strap with a core. The strength of the core helps retain the shape of the strap allowing it to be used confidently in a variety of products.

Production Process: The leather is cut to the required diameter, it is cut again after the thickness has been adjusted.
Once the thickness and size of the leather are fixed, glue is applied to the leather and core are both are glued together by passing through a round nozzle and applying heat, this completes shaping process.
